직접 사무실에 방문하여 면담후 선택이 최고입니다.

-샌딩을 원하시면 500P(메트로마닐라,지방은협의사항)의 샌딩피있음-

인력이 마음에들지않으면 2번 무료교체임

단,6개월에 한함-6개월 이후에도 인력이 계속 일하는것은 재계약 필요없음

-물론 교체시에도 샌딩을 원하시면 샌딩피는 유료임-

주의사항

1.귀중품,현금등은 보관을 철저히 합니다.(견물생심)

1.절대 가불은 않됩니다.(돌아오지않습니다.)-가불로 인한 문제 발생시 서비스를 중단합니다.

1.DAY OFF시 철저한 소지품체크(필리핀입니다.)

1.인력이 잘못했더라도 직접 화를내거나 자르지말고 에이젼시로 연락합니다.

1.한집의 메이드를 두집에서 공동으로 쓰실수없습니다.

1.식대는 주1회 급여는 월2회 지급합니다.(밥은 많이주세요.일을 더 잘합니다.)

1.월급여중 일정 금액을 보증금으로 보관해서는 않됩니다.(마음 상합니다.)

1.교체를 원할시는 5일전에 연락주세요.

1.DAY OFF는 1개월에 2번 한번에 24시간을 기본으로합니다.(1개월에 1번시 2박3일-48시간)

1.메이드등 여직원을 여자로 보지마세요.(큰 문제의 소지가 있음)

1.에이젼시에서 소개받은 인력에게 에이젼시와 상의없이 다른 인력을 소개받지않습니다.

인력룰

1. 6개월 기본계약 6개월전 그만둘시 2.000p의 페널티

1. 1개월 미만에 그만둘시 3.000p의 페널티

1.임신 사실을 감추고 취업시 3.000p의 페널티

1.에이젼시와 상의없이 다이렉트로 다른사람을 소개할수없음(페널티 3.000p)

1.에이젼시피는 없음 *단,특별한 사유로 그만둘시 5일전 에이젼시에 상의

(위의 룰을 어길시 노동청에 제소됨)

●예의와예절,청결을 생활화한다.

●DAY OFF시 귀가시간 철저준수 (페널티 100p 월급에서 공제)

*DAY OFF나 외출시 가방이나 신체검사를 인정한다*

●스테이아웃인 경우 출근시간 철저히 준수할것 (페널티 100P 월급에서 공제)

●어떤 상황에도 가불은않됨 (페널티 500P 월급에서 공제)

●술.담배 절대않됨 (페널티 200P 월급에서 공제)

●워킹타임 셀폰 사용않됨 (페널티 100P 월급에서 공제)

●현금.귀중품등 본인의것이 아닌것은 절대 손대지말것

*절도시 용서없이 경찰서에 즉시 신고할것임*

●주인의 잘못된 처우로 문제발생시 에이젼시에서 해결할것임

Monthly Salary ( Includes SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig )

◎Maid: 4,000~5,000P+Meal Allowance 1,200P+Free Rice

◎Yaya, House Boy: 4,500~6,000P+Meal Allowance 1,200P+Free Rice

-If have free meal, No Meal Allowance-

*Placement Fee=3,000P*

◎Cook:5,000~15,000P+Meal Allowance (Decide in interview)

◎Driver:10,000~15,000P+Meal Allowance (Decide in interview)

◎Office, Construction, Factory Workers. (Depends on the work)

Choosing directly from our office is the best choice.

-Sending Fee is 500P (Metro Manila Only, Province is another price)-

If you dislike the worker free replacement is twice.

However, Free replacement is available within six months only.

Even in the free replacement the sending fee must be paid.

#Sungshim Manpower Agency will NEVER remove the personnel or bring them to another occupation.#

Pre-Cautions

1. Valuables, Cash must be kept thoroughly. (Greed is always there)

1. Cash Advance is absolutely not allowed (They will not come back)

1. Inspect their belongings thoroughly. (This is Philippines)

1. Directly contact the company when the worker did something wrong, Do not get mad at them personally.

1. Do not make the worker work for another house. This is strictly invalid.

1. Meal Allowance is given weekly. Salary is twice a month. (Give lots of Rice. We have often experienced complaints about their free rice-They work better)

1.  Do not deposit the employee’s salary (They get hurt.)

1. Contact us 5 days before if you want a replacement.

1. Day Off is twice a month for 24 hours. (1 DAY OFF in 1 month is 2 night 3 days-48hours)

1.   Do not harass Maids or Female employees. (It can lead to a huge problem)

1.   Do not inquire maids from the maid that agency has given. (We can’t give you service if you do.)

*Please follow the Pre-caution carefully.*(Our agency experienced 5 years)

Personnel Rules And Regulation

1. Six month contract (If you stop within six months you will pay 2,000P for your penalty)

1. If you quit within a month you will pay 3,000P for your penalty.

1.  Hiding that you’re pregnant while applying holds 3.000P penalty

1.  If you personally give employees to your employer you will receive a penalty of 3,000P

1.  NO AGENCY FEE (We will not deduct from your salary)

    (If you don’t follow the rules said above you will get a labor case.)

●  Be respectful to the culture and be sure to be groomed all the time

●  Always keep your time when Day Off. (P200 Penalty when late)

*Agree to inspect your belongings every day off.*

    ●  Always keep your starting time If it’s stay out. (P200 Penalty when late)

●  Absolutely NO Cash Advance. (P500 is deducted if tries to cash advance)

●  Never drink liquor or Smoke. (P200 Penalty when did any of these)

●  Cellphone is not allowed in working time. (P100 Penalty if caught using in working times)

●  NEVER TOUCH ANY Cash, Jewelrys and any valuables that are not your’s.

*If you are caught stealing anything we will immediately report to the police*             ●  If your Employer caused any problem the agency is going to settle it.

●  Contact the agency in ANY problem.
